  • 1 oz (30 mL) Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz (22.5 mL) Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White (Optional)
  • Soda Water
  • Ice

    Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) in a shaker.
