Created by cocktail innovator T. J. Siegal at The Milk & Honey bar in New York City, it is a variation of the classic Bee's Knees (which uses gin) but with Bourbon.

- 2 oz (60 mL) Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.75 oz (22.5 mL) Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- 0.75 oz (22.5 mL) Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine Bourbon, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.

Shake until very cold.

Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
