  • 1.5 oz (45 mL) Pastis
  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Orgeat Syrup
  • 4 oz (120 mL) Cold Water
  • Ice

    Pour Pastis and Orgeat syrup into a chilled glass.

    Stir gently until the mixture turns a cloudy, opalescent yellow-white.
