- 1.5 oz (45 mL) Aged Rum
- 1 oz (30 mL) Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz (22.5 mL) Simple Syrup
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz (60 mL) Champagne
- Ice for Shaking

Combine the rum, lime juice, simple syrup, mint leaves, and bitters in a shaker.

Add ice and shake gently (do not over-shake, as you want less foam than a Mojito).

Double strain into a chilled coupe.
