  • 2 oz (60 mL) Blended Scotch
  • 0.75 oz (22.5 mL) Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz (22.5 mL) Honey-Ginger Syrup
  • 0.25 oz (7.5 mL) Islay Scotch for float
  • Ice

    Combine all ingredients (except Islay Scotch) in a shaker.

    Add ice and shake until well-chilled.

    Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
