  • 1 oz (30 mL) Amer Picon (or substitute)
  • 1 oz (30 mL) Brandy
  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Grenadine
  • Club Soda (to top)
  • Lemon Peel

    Pour grenadine and Amer Picon into a highball glass.

    Add Brandy, then top with club soda.
