A quintessential drink of the French Caribbean (Martinique, Guadeloupe). Its name is short for Petit Punch (Small Punch), and it is traditionally consumed without ice.

  • 2 oz (60 mL) Rhum Agricole
  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Cane Syrup
  • Lime Coin (or small slice)

    Pour Rhum Agricole and cane syrup into a small rocks glass.

    Add a small lime coin/slice.
