  • 2 oz (60 mL) Rhum Agricole
  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Cane Syrup
  • Lime Coin (or small slice)

    Pour Rhum Agricole and cane syrup into a small rocks glass.

    The drinker is traditionally left to press the lime in themselves to release the oils.
