Chuhai (short for shochu highball) is immensely popular in Japan. The Yuzu citrus variation offers a unique, highly fragrant twist on the sour template.

- 2 oz (60 mL) Shochu or Vodka
- 1 oz (30 mL) Yuzu Juice
- 0.5 oz (15 mL) Simple Syrup
- Club Soda (to top)

Combine Shochu/Vodka and yuzu juice in an ice-filled shaker.
